Kirsten Froggatt 

Sports Therapist 

Kirsten is a Sports Therapist, graduating from Edge Hill University in 2023 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. During her training she gained valuable experience at the University Clinic and with Lymm Rugby Club, supporting injury rehabilitation, sports massage, and pre- and post-event care.

Since graduating, Kirsten has continued to build her skills, providing deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage to clients ranging from athletes to those with everyday aches and pains. She tailors each session using techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy to relieve tension and improve movement.

Kirsten believes everyone can benefit from treatment, stress, fatigue, and muscular tightness affect us all. Whether you prefer a quiet, restorative session or a friendly chat, she creates a space to unwind in the way that suits you.

Outside of work, Kirsten keeps active with running, gym workouts, and HIIT classes, and enjoys downtime with her miniature sausage dog, Winnie.
